Billing: Payment processed after your appointment. FSA/HSA accepted. We’re out-of-network with all insurance, but can provide detailed superbills for self-filing upon request.

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required to cancel/reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full appointment rate.
