BILLING: Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment. FSA & HSA cards are accepted. We’re “Out of Network” with all medical insurance companies, but are happy to provide you with detailed receipts/superbills should you choose to file your own insurance.

CANCELATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To better serve our patients and ensure that they have a fair opportunity to have an appointment as promptly as possible, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Patients who fail to show or cancel/reschedule an appointment and have not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a “No Show” and charged $FULL RATE for each missed appointment. The fee is charged to the patient, using the card on file.

As a courtesy, our system will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before by email and 2 hours before by text message, unless you have opted out of these services. Then it becomes your responsibility to make sure you are on time to your scheduled appt.
